I looked at your puzzles, nothing seems wrong, everyone is doing puzzles that are below their level so it's normal to gain a little and lose a lot.
There are a lot of threads about how superb the puzzles are
The official info: chess.com has already implemented some changes about puzzles but some changes are still to be implemented
So we are waiting...
This is a bug
In puzzles if you get them right you only get some puzzle elo but when you do it wrong you lose 20+ puzzle elo
