"draw" not correctly implemented

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this rule's implemented correctly here -- I wouldn't mind seeing the game in which you feel it's not.

Just for reference, this is most likely the game OP played. For a good laugh, you will note that moves 36 through 127 were attempts by OP to get the server to draw. A draw could have been claimed, of course, on move 42.

It is certainly not an opinion, it is simply the chess rules. Your comments gives the idea that you don't know the chess rules:

Are the programmers at Chess.com so inept that they cannot handle this simple rule?
I'm not likely to "upgrade" my account here, while I cannot expect the rules to be as usual. Please hire more experienced programmers, and pay them appropriately. Meanwhile, I'll stick with other venues.
That chess.com cannot accomodate my wish to turn my ipad to one side is also incredible. My first iPad application was able to do that. Do you hire nameless contractors in third-world countries for pennies on the dollar? Because that might explain a few things....
