"Location on Specific" error when searching for clubs

"Location not specific" -- I can't seem to get the search for local clubs to work correctly for me. I keep getting the message that the location in my profile is not specific enough. But I've put in everything I can think of, city, state, ZIP, country, etc. Anyone else have this trouble or am I missing something obvious? Or does this happen if the search returns null and there are no clubs anywhere nearby?

There's something wrong with the location services, but the resources that would go towards fixing it have instead been used to work on v3. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I have the same problem.  I'm very disappointed this is still broken.  

An easy fix would be to disable the code that insists that the location be "known", another easy fix would be to make the location optional instead of mandatory.
