Racism and constant verbal abuse from different accounts

Hello Team,

I have been talking to this person close to a month or two there was never any problem we always had good conversations. As she is from Argentina weirdly after the world cup she texted saying the whole world should bow before Argentina I simply replied by saying okay then she texted me calling me black and my country dirty. It is disgusting also she instantly blocked me after that so I can't respond. I blocked in return of course and reported but seems like no action has been taken few days went by I ignored the issue.

But now after a while, I am getting verbal abuse texts from different accounts so far 3 Ignored it twice which is irritating and making my experience on chess.com bad. I always came across good people and spoke nicely. Can someone please look into this and help me out by taking serious action I do feel they have done this to other people as well mostly Indians I think. These are her buddies seems like they are a group Luis-  , this guy from El Salvador has done this twice now he has a funny weird obsession over her but I don't care - but this should be his real account. I am adding message screenshots below if you read all this I am really thankful I rarely come to complain as I always ignored minor things but not this shouldn't be tolerated they can do this to more people. Unfortunately, you have to use a translator to read as they use Spanish. I still had two more but deleted them as I wanted to ignore them at the start. Thank you for looking into this I hope no one else faces these issues

sadly there are people like this, on the upside this is very rare. I would open up a ticket with chess.com staff and get help from them. Also if you want to avoid them you can also change usernames, it might help i think.

Please don't post the names of people making accusations.

You should continue to report them using the Report button on their profile. In many cases, you would not be aware of an action taken, which might be a limited muting.
