reconnecting issues

I am repeatedly having troubles with being disconnected.  I can ping chess.com from a command prompt and have low ping times (ping chess.com -t).  But there are times of the day (every day) when i get disconnected (I see red text at the bottom of the window saying "reconnecting").  This has been happening daily for the last 3 months. When this happens I close chrome and try reconnecting but the sites loads very slowely if at all.  This happens on different computers.  Yes I have read the notes on this and I don't have anything hogging my bandwidth.  Other sites load just fine, but chess.com does not.  If this doesn't get resolved I will be forced to cancel my recurring membership.
