Server and time counter issues

Hi,

I don't have such problems too often, but I'd like to address this issue since I did some diagnostic first.
So, I was playing some bullet games and somehow time gets decreased from my counter, no mater if I move within 1 second or not. Of course, we all know there is a lag and network issues, but today not - I had it to ping live chess server constantly and this is statistics:

    Minimum = 177ms, Maximum = 203ms, Average = 178ms

So, there was virtually no packets loss, and Yet somehow I get time counter problems. I was playing with guy from Georgia, he was better, but nevertheless I got my time decreased for almost 40 seconds for just 3 moves, which is impossible. So I started watching connection icons, and his was "half empty", so issues were on his side.

I think there is some bug with the applets, most probably other users have such problem too. I've read comments on this player profile and one says "time cheater" :) , so this is not the first time this happens with this guy.

I use latest Google Chrome and this problem occurs no mater how many other tabs were opened.
