Sharing games doesn't work: the game doesn't load for anybody who isn't logged in

Recently I noticed that I can no longer share any games to people who don't have accounts in chess.com.

Today, for example, I tried sharing this game:

The link works, unless you open it in incognito mode (or another browser where you're not logged in). Several people independently told me they also couldn't open it, so I'm pretty sure the problem is not on my end.

Does anyone know more about why this is happening? I used to be able to share games not long ago.

Hello, we are having trouble accessing our games on the Chess.com website. When my friend or I go to load a current game it shows a pre-match setup with a ten minute timer on each side and ticks through the loading screen. After around 5 to ten minutes mine finally loads, but my friend's does not. I have an account and my friend loads analysis from a link I send him of my games. When I am logged out it doesn't even load after 10 minutes or longer. The app on the other hand works fine and it is only the website that has a problem. Any ideas what we are doing wrong? If the server down or something?

Exactly the same issue. And this has been going on for at least weeks now. I thought it was a temporary problem that was going to be resolved eventually, but it's been too long now. I reported a bug to Support but it hasn't been resolved yet nonetheless.
