Stop someone from offering draw

I am playing a game in which it is now almost impossible to lose for me, due to a (bad) move my opponent made.

He offered me a draw. Since I am winning, I do not want to go for a draw, so I said no. However, he does not stop offering draws. I think I got about 10 offers for a draw in the last 2 days. He only plays at the last moment, before he loses the game by time-out. I have contacted him 3 times (2 times via chat, 1 time via pm) saying I won't go for a draw. He doesn't react to this, only offers another draw.

I am getting quit fed up with this. Therefore my question is: can I somewhere on the website say I automatically want to say no to a draw in this game, or prohibit him from offering one?

Another question I had: if I just ignore the draw, and wait till the game is over. Will I win that way (it is still his turn, but I do not react to his draw, so I am not sure if it will make me lose).

Thanks in advance!

I am in a similar situation, I am just going to play it out and get the win.

If it was possible to win by not reacing to a draw offer, I have a feeling that nobody would offer draws.

eddiewsox has the right idea.  It's obnoxious, but play the game to the best of your abilities and never play against that person and/or block him or her.

Thank you for your advice. I will just not react anymore to the draw offering and wait and see what he does. Move his piece again or just let the game end.

Just by making your move the draw offer is rejected, you do not have to react in a written or verbal way. So when he moves just make your move and all should be fine.

I would create lines of conditional moves for as many possible things he can throw at you, but becareful as one slip in your thinking could lead to disaster (as I've learned the hard way a number of times).  That way you're done with the game and he's playing alone-- until he gets to the end of the conditional move lines or finds a way out with another move.

A minor annoyance to the victor ... play on!
