time freezes

Often the time will freeze while the opponent is supposed to make a move. I cannot do anything at this point outside of ask for a draw. I’ve lost many games due to this.
Same here. Would love a fix. Fees like the majority of my recent losses have been due to time freezes
Same here. Happened on multiple occassions.. ended up losing the match without any clue
Same here. It really sucks because I just paid for membership.

This has been happening to me on the ipad app. I have found that if I close it and reload the app, it seems to fix it.
Same here, unpredictable, lost several games by that, won one due to this error - not amused...
Same here... nothing you can do 🙁 just to wait for clock goes out of time

Yes, got 3.9.15 (2) definitely and still got the issue. Will post a screen recording soon.
You think chess.com would do something as it’s spoiling the game , glad to see I’m not the only one ☝🏻 HNY all

As you can see, this time my clock is running again (first it was stuck for a brief moment).
But.. I cannot see the move of my opponent and I cannot move myself.
Backward/forward button works but is not resolving.

My opponent later told me in the chat that he had made his move and everything seems normal to him. From his perspective, it was my turn.
From my perspective its is indeed my turn, but I cannot see his last move. Instead, I see my own last move an cannot move further. There, the game is stuck.
So yeah.. the clock is not freezing anymore. But this issue is clearly not fixed!
This platform is very very bad to play chess.
