tournament clocks is killing my bullet rating

So when I'm in an tournament my stupid clock gets 2 seconds per premove like what the hell is that and I lose because I blunder too much because I can't make a decision without losing time because of your buggy clock fix this it kills my rating and it's annoying

The clock isn't bugged. You're either experiencing high lag or disconnects.
