Unfortunately for me i am still having trouble uploading a custom background, not sure what it is since the file doesn't go over 2MB
I tested earlier a few times and added different images.
That said, found out there may be some accounts where there are issues uploading.
I've tried a 1920x1080 JPG that was 200kb and a 1280x720 JPG that was 50kb and neither worked.
Is there a pixel size limit? Does it have to be a specific file format?
I've also been trying to upload an image to customize the background and none of it works. An error message appears and asks to update the browser

Just sent my second ticket to support. I did get a response back where they asked if I could see the upload button and I said yes and never heard back.
This time I used the "Report a Bug" link and sent in a video of what's happening when I try to upload a picture. They can see me clicking the upload button, choosing the picture, and then getting the red banner:

If the file is WEBP, you can't upload it.
