I was seeing the message that I was using an out dated browser and that I needed to update to FireFox or Chrome or Explorer 8. So I chose FireFox and now when I try to play a training video I get the message on the screen that the video format is not supported. I can play movies, watch youtube and other videos. Please tell me how to correct the format for your training videos.

I figured out the problem.....I needed an adobe update.
