What happened to the custom blog sidebar?

There used to be a sidebar block for your blogs, which could be customized with images, games, links, etc. It was basically a description or “bio” for your blog, if you will.
There it is shown above. However, when I go to my blog settings it’s missing. I don’t think the site removed it since I still see the sidebar block on other blogger’s pages. Is anyone else having this problem?
