OTB isnt a federation, and im pretty sure that fide and uscf use the glicko system,a dn then bcf im not sure.

otb is over the board chess games, which is playing someone in real life

fide is Fédération Internationale des Échecs, and uscf is united states chess federation,a nd bcf is british chess federation

FIDE is the World wide thing some imponouncable french name

USCF is united states chess federation

BCF is probably brittish chess federation 

OTB is Over the board   referring to playing IRL (in real life)

yeah...but thats a very long list...ex in fide, if u r phone goes off, u forfeit. in uscf, if ur phone goes off, then u get -10 min from ur clock

nope. just different rating systems, and different countries applicable
