where is explorer in iOS app?

I’m a member using the app on an iPad but cannot find either Learn or the Openings Explorer. Please help?

The apps are different than the website.
There are many things on the website that are not on the apps.
I just did a lesson on the Android app, so I know lessons are available. You can see the Learn link on the bottom.
The Game Explorer isn't.
