Why am I being evaluated by the "fair play team"?

To clear up some confusion I am in no way angry or frustrated with chess.com's processes and its admin's:

(long story): I have been told by the club I am in and from the small tourneys that I have played in that I am around a class B player, my fellow chess teammates and friends told me about this website as well as its companion app that it is really good for on-the-go practice with players around the world. Last year I had downloaded the app and played a few practice matches with my friend, just having fun and some "troll" plays. Unfortunately over the summer I had been so caught up with work and preparing to take the SAT that I had forgotten about this app. A couple days ago my friend asked I had played a mode called "Blitz" I had not and i found it's idea fascinating so I played around a dozen matches most of which I had won with no issue(mainly due to early resignation or time running out) and I was dumbfounded that I had a incredible rating of almost 1300! The next day I logged on the website to have a friendly challenge with my friend but could not challenge them, they could challenge me though and when I had tried to join a tournament for fun, I had a notification saying that "my play is being evaluated by the fair play team".

(long story short): I would greatly appreciate it if someone could let me know what this means and if this(what is more important) will affect my in-person standings in future tournaments and if this could affect my career in competitive chess?

There are some automated processes in place that can be triggered to get that status. If you're playing fairly, it shouldn't normally take very long for that process to resolve as you continue to play additional games.

Are you just playing directly in the app or website?

I play mainly in the app but when typing this post, in the website.
