why are my chess insights not updating?

I just bought premium again yesterday, and my insights have still not updated (i have played atleast 10 rapid games in the last 2-3 days against real people and not bots, and even if i set my insight rapid to last 7 days it shows up as 0 games, even though i played like 10?)

I am not sure. It is possible the server has a delay before it updates with recent games. You may want to submit a bug report if this problem persists. You can do that with the Help button in the lower left.

Hmm. Several members have asked why their Insights aren't updating automatically.

I also just bought premium but mine also did not update since march

As you can see from the previous posts,  the Insights take a while to process.

To add to what @justbefair posted, if you don't see it updated within 24 hours of renewal, post again.

Its been like 30  hours and it still didnt update.

I'm having the same issue, I got premium two days ago but it says the last game is from september

It's actually worse now, my insights has no games at all

I believe an attempt was made to recreate the insights, which flushes the existing data and recalculates.  Last I heard it's thought that the increase in Diamond trials is causing a lag on those calculations.

If you've recently renewed, you should give it at least 24 hours.

Same issue as above, 30 hours since starting diamond membership
