Why is my board in 10 min game zoomed in??

I can’t see my rook on bottom right in 10 min fast play mode. It has dropped my rating over 200 pts as I keep trying to test and start again but cannot effectively play. Can anyone help with this?
Same issue here on iPhone. But somehow they still find a way to keep asking me to upgrade.

There is a bug on iOS. Staff have pinpointed the issue and are working on a fix. Until that is fixed and released, you might try the information on the following.
