Variants no longer counting for league trophies

Was there an update to league scoring? I played a few variants (3|0 rated 3 check/crazyhouse) from both open seeks and arenas, and I noticed that my league trophy count did not increase.

Yeah, except for 960 no other variants count for league points anymore.
