Blitz games are high variance. I'm sure a bunch of lower rated CMs/FMs/IMs could occassionally beat Hikaru in a 3 minute game if they played it enough with him.

If there's increment Carlsen wins, as has been shown in the past.
But straight up 3|0 (and especially 1|0) I wouldn't be surprised if Hikaru is still the best in the world.
I never beat Hikaru or Carlsen, but to be fair neither of them have beaten me either, so...

I second what stiggling said, Carlsen has not beaten Nakamura at true bullet, i.e., without increment. I want to see them play at 1|0. Carlsen might still win at that time control, but he can't really be called the best at bullet until he does so.

Stop spreading lies. Just because you haven't seen Carlsen play bullet doesn't mean he can't. He wins the bullets arena on L****** every time he Participates. I have seen Carlsen checkmate grandmasters in hyper bullet. 30 seconds with no increment.
Hikaru always plays titled Tuesday, and wins seldom. Carlsen used to win titled Tuesday every time he played. Now he's no longer affiliated with chess. com... On the other hand we all know who got humiliated in the inaugural speed chess and the second.

More like true bull... that dung ain't Chess my friend. even if Hikaru win that, just prove he click a mouse slight faster? play bullet on here with tablet or not optic... even moving instant, no pause, you still lose by clock?! The "bullet" in those two events was 1|1; that's exactly my point. Look, there is no question that Carlsen is a far better player overall than Nakamura, including at blitz. The only question is whether he is also better at bullet and, as the last commenter said, bullet isn't chess, which I think is correct. So my point was really quite a small one and I don't see why you think I'm "spreading lies."
