If there is true three fold repetition during your game on this site. The offer draw will become "Claim Draw" then you must claim the draw before you move. This though must be shown on the move list where the same moves are repeated three times (perpetual check for example). i believe it needs to be in a row too though.

Does this site when a position is repeated 3 times automatically tell you it is a draw. just had a game where posistion was completely locked and i thought posistion was repeated 3 times not in a row though. Other player did not want draw as he was up an exchange. So he kept moving pieces since he was up time. I offered a draw, he declined choosing to move piece doing nothing as neither side could break through without sacing on his part.
Since it meant so much to him I resigned rather wait the 2 minutes left he would win since he was up 30 more seconds
