Good for you mr 15k man.
I lose on time too much. (Lag or connectivity or site issues)

I can't explain, my network is over 100Mbps (both down & up) but when in chess game it lagged about 3-4 secs for each move. It's such a big problem in a bullet game, you can't win with this connection. Anyone kindly explain to me, please. Or I have to switch back to old connection with 25Mbps but faster much (only on chess.com)
It's the latency. The lag detection at Chess.com is useless and doesn't compensate for latency. If you're hitting the server at 100msec and your opponent is hitting it at 11msec well guess who loses everytime?
Got any evidence for your claims? Or are you just making things up?
100k+ games played on the site.
You complained about lag since last year and still playing. Why?
You wanna see more lag and complain more?.

I don't need to explain myself to you or anyone. If you have nothing to contribute then blow away like a good little troll.

I've experienced this issue in the past... few weeks? Play 3min blitz on the app. Drives me nuts when I know i'm moving quickly, but any 'slowness' on the part of my opponent is somewhere taken from my time. So over the last few weeks, have lost a lot more games on time than I used to. Rating on blitz has fluctuated wildly, when previously i would hold fairly stably at 1500-1600
I find that playing with no sound is also something to compete with.
I find it very challenging.
No sound, large lag in 1/0 game.
Family noise is good too

i've had the no sound thing before too. i recall waiting and waiting for the opponent to move then saw my clock ticking down.
Only just seen the thread. Had the same problem; made 1 minute chess impossible. Asked Chess.com for assistance but there response frankly was useless. Also advised to spend a lot of money on a gaming router with no guarantee. Solved the problem by using my phone as a mobile hot spot. Miraculously no lag.
I just upgraded my computer to a i7 central processor and my lag has disappeared.
I came to accept uncertain lag as part of this chess site now I have an extreme advantage.
both are unfair and not representative of reality.

My connection at home is so bad that it is virtually impossible to play bullet on this site most days.
I play on the other[unmentionable ] site for better results [lag wise ]but still lose many games due to disconnection.
I have a 300mbps connection, every site works perfectly, this site uses about 75% cpu performance without other tabs open, freshly restarted system.
Unplayable

Anyone know what it means when the 4 signal bars are solid/strong for both players, but the time starts blinking (on both sides) and the clock freezes? Happening to me a lot lately, and then sometimes I get a "disconnected" loss. I do notice this didn't happen to me when I was premium--my premium mship expired recently and I'm not renewing at the moment... so I guess we free players are likely just second class?

If you are seeing that on the iOS app, there is a new version out that fixes a major connection bug: 3.9.16 (2)
It's an expert opinion, Sherlock.
So what did you use as a control? Where's your data? I can easily argue the opposite myself, since I've never had any issues regarding latency.
