Yaaaaaaaaaaaay
I'll be happy to practice with you, I know a lot of theory and plans behind openings so I can help you with that.
Just wondering, what is your opening repertoire?
You might be just who I'm looking for! I'll be sending a message shortly with my answer ![]()
Hey, no need to frown about it; we all begin somewhere. This resource might help you boost that rating a bit with some practice implementing these ideas. ![]()

Recently, I've decided to make a commitment to studying theory and opening planning. Now, I understand that there are many other aspects of my game I could be focusing on, but this I feel is important for me now, as I often play incorrect or weak moves once out of the few moves I've memorized that hinder my potential in the midgame. I am looking for a user around my rating (but preferably above, I will be looking for constructive criticism during as well) to play unrated games against. I have an idea that in these games I will focus solely on getting a good position and understanding what my short and long term goals will be during the opening phase. After reaching a certain move, say move 15 or 20, I will resign, then rematch to play again. All I wish to accomplish is to put ideas, theory, and principles into practice in a more isolated learning phase. Please message me if you might be willing to try this out with me. And if you have suggestions that are related to this idea, please do share.
Thank you.
