Thanks for trying Martin. I am looking for a tounament, not the Arena . Your screenshot is sorted by commencement time, which might work. How did you get there? Thanks!

That was the main Tournament page after clicking the tournament button.
once again they screw they site that wasn't in need of fixing, there is no live chess again. You can play their algorithm of everybody wins chess, in my case I can't get out of three minute chess, I can't even find a place where there is more than three minutes, the new layout is clumsy to be nice to be out right truth crappy, in this format where you have to dig around for 20 minutes to find where you can put your opinion up, but they don't want you to have an opinion, live chess was the actual ultimate game, you cannot learn or improve your game by playing people at the same level you are you only learn by playing people that are better than you, the way there algorithm is basically everybody wins, and no one learns. Sad. I guess that's why there pushing all the lessons, some damn shame from a site that was one of the best in the world to now you can describe in simple terms crap. Disappointed KGB 225

There no longer seems to be Arenas in progress to join. Was that eliminated?

as for the arenas I haven't been able to find them either, the new configuration seems to be set up so no one can actually enjoy the game of chess you have to hunt and peck so they can push their advertisements upon you. Dammn shame. People you're running this site are stupid, and smart, too bad they didn't use their brains when they tried to reconfigure this.KGB 225
yeah I found that stupid drop-down menu, still no live chess! Still playing amateurs, based on your own score, u can't find anybody, that is randomly better than you, just my experience. KGB 225

The Time Control on the Play screen is a button.
You can click that to select quick select time control and click on More Time Controls to get more options or create a custom one.
