No Points for Win By Resignation

How come when I win by resignation or by the other person timing out I don’t earn points, but when I lose by running out of time I lose points. There are about 3 instances recently of my opponent timing out in a rated game and my points standing not going up
What are you complaining to us about it for? Fill out a ticket, send it to the Games Department and get your points back....
