That's not cheating, that is strategy. It just helps make the game go by faster. It takes only a split second more to choose the queen when promoting a pawn than having it set automatically anyway.
1.Chess.com members can't cheat when using premoves.
2.And promotion is part of a rules of chess, why is that made to be for cheating? This tool is made for prediction of moves. And I don't see any that it was for cheating.

I sugest to removes the Premoves & Promotion on live chess settings, to avoid cheatings..
