How do you abort a game?

I've been having problems. I play 2/1 games mostly. Because it's harder for people to use another device and cheat me. my old iPad my favourite thing for playing chess! was having connection problems. So I lost games. was told to delete the app and re download it. now it says my iPad is not compatible!!! Grrrrr!!!! Now I'm trying to learn a new Android device and I find out even with a new device still having connection problems. my device is connected just like my old iPad was. All good on my end. But somehow still losing winnable games in the final seconds because of the connection problems I should be at least 1600. Question 1. When will the connection issues be resolved? Question 2. Why is my iPad not compatible now? It's just chess no complex graphics or anything. just trying to force people to buy new equipment? or what? Thanks.

Awesome! Not. I just figured out my new device won't allow pre moves when it involves an exchange! how many seconds is that costing me? Way to make the app McGreart!

at this point you got to ask what's the point of having forums?

Just use your Safari browser and login through the chess.com website. The app may not work but if you have the internet your devices are compatible.
