What's wrong with the flag of the UK?It's one of my favorites.The diagonals and the perpendicular bisectors of the rectangle that forms the flag intersect at a point and it forms a nice geometrical structure along with the good choice of colors.The white outline for the diagonals and perpendicular bisectors of the rectangle that forms the flag eases the flag's image into my eyes.It's such a pleasure to view.England's flag is just a boring red plus.If anything,you should move to another country.But no one tells anyone from the UK to get a proper flag.What more would you want from such a great flag?

Had KT-17 replied, I'd have argued that it is a flag that represents three distinct nationalities... England, Scotland and Ireland. Wales is omitted, while Ireland is an island made of two nations - Republic or Ireland (a sovereign state in their own right) and Northern Ireland (part of the UK). So the Irish representation on the flag is not exclusive to NI, and Wales is not represented at all.
It's why I changed my flag from UK to England... I can identify more with the England flag. I am English, which is distinctly different to Scottish or Welsh. It's not even a matter of pride, it's just fact.
