I agree but there is a Farsi proverb that says "No cat catches a mouse just for God's sake"
if they do that they will have less income because some people buy membership just for the puzzles
but if u want free puzzles there is lichess. cc is better but u wont have to pay there

just make it free for us to learn, not earn. chess.com is already rich.
