more realistic puzzles

the normal chess puzzles are quite easy, mainly because you know there is an opportunity. Often, me solving a puzzle goed something like: I see nothing that gives me a win, so I'll probably need to sacrifice my queen, and tadaa! puzzle solved. Now, if I do that during a chess match, I lose my queen, and soon after that the game. How about making puzzles where the goal is not to see the huge opportunity, but to find a move that does not damage your position?
