Looks to me that if black plays d5 they can blow apart the fortress. If cxd5, then double up the rooks on the c-file. If exd5, Then both sides have a passed pawn but the two rooks vs. a rook and a very weak bishop should give black the advantage. If white ignores the pawn, then d4 and black has a passed pawn of its own. Looks advantageous for black, but I'm no expert.
