win the black bishop if you can

Can you be more specific?

E.g. I take the bishop here and I'm still clearly winning, but I'm exchanging it for a rook or in var A he could exchange it for my pawn on the 7th. rank. Does that count? Also in the main line I'd be winning easier if I didn't take it as in var B. Would taking the bishop then also count?

Solved it

But you're supposed to do it whatever Black moves not just if you make him move where you'd like. He can take the pawn instead which means you haven't won the bishop, you've swapped it for your advanced passed pawn.

But white is still winning

Well, if he weren't that would definitely not be the solution. E.g. 1.RxB+ is probably not what OP had in mind.

But I can't see any definite line that gives you the bishop for free, that's why I asked for clarification in post #2.
