When someone is muted, they should be able to use the help and support forum still. Do y’all agree?

In theory i think its a good idea. But history here has taught me that if that is the only way people can spam, act childish, etc. They will. If someone is muted, then should still be able to email the site.

I saw a young girl that looked like she was in her mid 20's. She must spend so much time staring at a phone that she had such a horrible posture, that when she stood up she couldn't even stand up straight. Just one reason i dont use a phone or any hand held device for anything other than a call.
