Most people who ask "Please send me a friend request please!" are actually people who just want followers and more views. Most of them don't actually care about the friendship, they just want more people to view their content. It's sad but true. Note: Not all people are like this. For example, @Levent_Acemi is a nice guy. He doesn't post anything, doesn't have any socials (or at least I don't think) and he just genuinely wants a good friend. Again, there are people who are nicer than a seal (which is a compliment since seals are one of the creatures in mankind) and there are people who just want follows and views. So, if you're looking at the daily puzzle on the forum, when you see the messages that say: PLEASE SEND A FRIEND REQUEST, then check their description if you want to be friends with them. If they have many socials and begging, most likely, they are just fishing for your views. I've had one of these friends before, and though I'm not going to shame them, they friended only for the purpose of looking at his/her blogs. That's it. The content he/she posted was straightforward, and it started with an annoying "BACK WITH ANOTHER BLOG". I later stopped following the user and ended up ending our friendship. It's annoying for these people to try to use a chess website as some sort of tik tock or something. So, I'm not trying to downplay anyone, it's just a sad truth.
