Playing 60 min. game 4/3/22 after 1hr,37min,59sec. game suddenly aborted waiting for opponent to make obvious move. He had only 5:50 left and I had 16:11 remaining. I wrote complaint but no response. The game has disappeared as if it never happened. Other chess.com players that I have since talked to say they have only seen that immediately at start of a game. Not a problem. I cannot afford to continue to waste time like this on chess.com
Hmm. What time of day did it occur? They sometimes reset the servers early in the morning. They usually post warnings that a server restart is coming. (Do you have notifications enabled?)
Very occasionally, they occur at other times.
