Alrighty. I have to get off in a sec, so there probably won't be much happening here until tomorrow.
Name:Sephiroth
Gender:Male
Age:27
Weapon: Masamune an 8ft katana
Magic: Supernova a massive burst of flame that has two variants 1.) variant is a waterproof fire(which is scientifically possible) 2.) variant evaporates all water around Sephiroth creating a temporary air bubble
Shadow flare summons fare around target to strike target after a short time
Meteor-a world ending spell that can only be used with narrator permission
Abilities:
Can summon 2 clones per battle
When near death activate One-Winged Angel increasing all his stats by a good amount
Limitless short range battle teleportation on a horizontal plane
Flash Slice-an instant dash that hits enemies temporarily freezing them to then rapidly hit them multiple times
Safer Sephiroth-an ability that turn Sephiroth into a cosmic level entity that can destroy universes(can only be used with the narrators permission)
Backstory: After being infused with Jenova cells he because a superhuman soldier that eventually got bitter at everyone
Is the most powerful warrior of all time, but quite useless off of the battlefield
Personality/bonds/flaws: very prideful but will do what is necessary to win, no matter the cost
Extra: As said before the most powerful warrior of all time who’s limits have not yet been explored

Not accepted.
1. Meteor and Safer Sephiroth simply shouldn't be on there. Realistically, nobody is going to allow you to use either of those, and there is no logical explanation for why he wouldn't just use Safer Sephiroth if he wanted to win a fight.
2. (Sarcasm) Ah yes, a katana underwater. Very great weapon choice.
3. It's literally just a copied videogame character. I know that it can be difficult to make a character sometimes, but that's nothing excuse to just copy + paste Sephiroth as your character in every. Single. Rp. At least try, pal. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have only once seen you do somebody other than Sephiroth, and it WAS ANOTHER GAME CHARACTER)
4. There is no such thing as "limitless short-range teleportation". That's just long range teleportation with some slight drawbacks. The RP is also mostly underwater, the horizontal plane thing is going to get unreasonably annoying and hard to keep track of. I don't want to have everybody tell me their angle relative to a horizontal plane for this RP.
5. Don't say things like "he's the most powerful warrior of all time" on a character sheet unless the creator of the RP gives you express permission to. And I don't.
6. Your backstory. The heck are Jenova cells? (Personal preference -->) Maybe tell why he became bitter towards everyone?
7. Can the clones do everything he can, or are they limited in power compared to him?
8. How long is the freeze for flash slice? Is there any sort of restrictions for the range of the dash?
That... was a lot. Sorry if this upsets you, but these are the problems with picking characters like that. They have no relation to the actual RP at all, and tend to have a lot of problems when you try putting them in a world that isn't their own.

A bit reckless sometimes and very very stupid. He can’t breathe over water. The sea creatures love him and protect him at all cost

5.) canonically he practically is but for the rp whatever
6.) in ff7 they were cells from an alien, and he got bitter aftertaste hey killed said alien
7.) yes but they are decently fragile
8.) he dosent slow down time to hit them, just for a second after he lands the attack for a sick esthetic
nah im not upset, just seeing if I could make my character op at all

This is good, but there's a problem with you being... weak. Very much so.
We aren't in an Earth ocean. We are on a different plane of existence that is an endless sea of water, fittingly named the Abyss. Almost all of the creatures in the Abyss are hostile to anything they perceive as prey, and they are technically demons, so your powers probably wouldn't work on them. I'm sorry for not clarifying this in the opening post. Also, you are entirely unarmed. Is that an accident, or did you want weapons?
I'm going to decline your character. Again, sorry, this is mostly my fault with an information error. (Side note, could you please put what each portion of your CS is? It can be a tad confusing without the labels.)

No. I'm sorry, but I greatly dislike it when people don't try to make their own character, as I find it lazy (and kinda rude for me, as it comes across like they can't be bothered to make a character after I made an entire RP for them). Could you at least try to make your own character?

Before you start making your characters, please read this.
All of you have been working as a team for the organization in this RP for a fair bit of time. You are experts, and none of you are strangers to the situations you will be encountering in this RP*. The vast majority of this RP will be underwater. The water is question has some weird rules when it comes to conducting electricity (basically, it'll just function as a relatively safe AOE), and is bottomless** but is otherwise normal water. You will be going hundreds of miles down. No, you do not need to put anything special on your cs to compensate for this, you will be given items to help. Please bring weapons capable of being used underwater. Please please please dont underpower yourself, I don't want to have to fill out all the paperwork for you dying (that, and it won't be fun for you). Also, don't worry about light sources, we've got you covered.
