Advice helping a neighbour please
Hi Danielle,
You could try making exercise more appealing by starting with activities he enjoys. Maybe suggest doing something together, like a walk in the park or a hobby that involves movement. Sometimes, having a friend to join in can make a big difference. It might also help to remind him of the benefits of staying active and celebrate any small progress he makes. Just be supportive and patient—sometimes, it takes a bit of time for people to get motivated.
Best,
Peter

OP, you're clearly either a bot or a troll. Please leave the forums. I already gave you advice on how to improve at chess to beat your fictitious dad. Let me repeat myself: Find a fork and find a socket. Jam the fork into the socket. I told you that you would get shockingly fast results with this method. I am now telling you to do this again. Please do not delay.
THIA IS TOTALLY UNECESSARY. WHAT A A-HOLE!!!!!!
Hi everyone, what advice can you give me please to help my 63 years old neighbour out of the house and to do exercise. My parents want me to help him and I said I would but now I don't know how ahhhh!??? He is super strong as he proved this by lifting me up the other day so I know he has it in him to do more but he is not helping himself and deteriorating.
Please any tips and help would be really appreciated by me. Thank you, Danielle.
