You want to know what I do when I am lonely, I talk to myself and people think I am crazy, well they are not wrong, maybe I am crazy,

When I am lonely, I walk in circles.

When I am lonely, I give myself pain so that I can get the attention I need.

I start bothering everyone, so that I can get attention and help from them.

But I never get help, what I get is hatred. I know you can't help me either, you can only hate me.

I would get a shrink if I was in this kinda emotional state.

hey @honest_panda. I get it buddy. But the people on here, however well meaning, can't really help you, especially if you won't allow yourself to be helped. Find someone in real life who can. Let people help you. I don't know, maybe a therapist would be a good idea

Idk tbh. I just try to distract my mind with whatever I can. Sometimes I listen to piano pieces on YouTube, or songs. Sometimes I try to read. Sometimes I like to solve puzzles (not chess puzzles lol, other ones). Or sometimes I sleep lol.
