If you can get past the very first attack without taking any damage with photo proof
U get a trophy
The photo must show him saying, "Here we go." With your health being 92 out of 92. If it says, "You feel like you are going to have a bad time." I might think you healed up, as a clarification.
It must also be in normal mode, and not anything else.
