You're planning to bench-press your spirit?

Also, I have noticed that low spirit stays with me for only 1 or 2 days. I want the time to be as short as possible.

Always top up your spirits whenever you travel to save on excise tax which are especially  heavy in Singapore.   The bunny is also running low.

As mentioned excise can be more taxing than exercise.

I don't wanted another bad addiction. So, kombucha tea maybe the solution.

There’s only one answer to the OP’s problem, he obviously is in need of the “ catnip cure “ I swear by it cos it will improve your mind , as well as your body’s attributes ! ✌️😺

Can you be a little bit more specific on your quoted word? I search on the amazon and it says it is only fit for the cat.

EXERCISE. GO HARD TRAIN HARD.

The only form of intense exercise I do is by playing badminton with my family.

I have noticed that whenever in a panic state I blindly say what I see or hear in the past. I lacked a logical thought process at the continuously changing situation during that misery. I have not read any book except Huckleberry Finn that too ten years ago. Maybe reading now it will be like chess books.
