Sadly in many cases sentencing is.often unbalanced with the victims rights not being stressed sufficiently.On the.other hand the villain gets away with.a.totally inadequate penalty time and time again. With the widespread.abolition of corporal punishment and the death.penalty the.scope.of deterrent is.severely.limited
I posted a few.posts which gave.my.views.The.OP.did.not.like.them.a bit!.In.the event.the OP blocked.me.In.my.last post I.made.the.point.that.if.the.OP..or a.family member.had.been.subjected.to a.horrific attack.Would he.perhaps take.a.different.view?
Even.if he does.not.unblock.me perhaps he could.post a response to.my penultimate sentence.

Emma Tustin is reported to have been.given meals heavily laced with salt.Oh dear.Also.the shrinks are.leaning.over backward to support.her. Her statement that she wants to.end.it all seems to attract misguided people to rally to her support.Even her "mouthpiece" appears to.be making.mitigating utterances about.her!

A UK newspaper ( Front page attached) highlights.the failure of all.the relevant agencies to take action to save Star from.her terrible fate
No doubt the.mantra "Lessons will be.learned" will.once again.be.uttered. by those who should.be held.to account. But sadly as in.the.past lessons are.never.learned.
