I just found out that not hardly and people on chess.com have never in their life heard of AC/DC. What is with that? What else are chess players ignorant to?
Considering that AC/DC (while may have a cpl 'catchy' diddys) is simple minded riff rock that consists of the most watered down rhythm section, incredibly elementary songcraft, along with 5 note pentatonic scale run-ons...I would argue that the person making this ridiculous conclusion- that AC/DC somehow equals intelligence- is the person lacking the needed braincells to draw intelligent conclusions about...well...anything.
THat said, I would never belittle someones intelligence for warshipping any type of pop culture band..because I'm well aware of the fact that musical taste has nothing to do with overall intelligence.
Kinda like Magnus, the ONLY thing he knows how to do is move some pieces of wood around.
He knows to walk, sleep, run, read, travel and much more. Most importantly he knows to THINK!

I'm actually hiding underneath my bed for reasons entirely independent of the fact it's Friday the 13th. Also, I never said Satan being in the strings was a bad thing.

Has AC/DC morphed into Guns N' Roses? Axl Rose is now their lead singer, but he is also said to be touring this year with his original band as well.
Brian Johnson has lost his hearing.
Only Angus Young, not so young anymore at 61, is said to be the only standing member left in the band. But he is still dressing as a schoolboy.
Don't these guys ever hang it up? I gave up air guitar when I was still in my early teens.
Rumour has it that Agnus is to join Gun 'N Roses but he has to dress like an adult in order to join before he can qualify for his bus pass apparently.

Y not. Last I checked Paul Rodgers was filling in for Freddie mercury. Loved them both but in different genres. Succession is always tough.
