From what I've heard, OTF baby has vpn that he uses to avoid IP bans by changing his IP address... And also from what I've heard, Tec was banned before this and the rumors said that he tried to avoid his ban, causing him to be banned again.
(removed cuz Baby is banned already....W staff!)
