Interesting. You may have to wait a couple of minutes before requesting a new game. At least on the ap I've noticed delays from the time a game ends until it's posted.

This has happened to me several times. An player will abort a game. I then click on a new game for me. When I do this you warn me for aborting. I have it happen again same thing, then you restrict me. Get your software working better.
