I always strive to ensure that my enquiries among primitive societies about their cultural practices are as respectful as possible. If through my ignorance of tribal arcana I have violated some obscure and recondite taboo, I trust that you will set me right.

Meanwhile, what about loincloths? Would I be right in supposing that you maintain an array of ceremonial loincloths made of tree bark and jungle twine, and worn during your annual circumcision rituals?

I've begged and begged in perfect English grammar...there's no way he can't understand what I'm saying.

I mean... I've tried, and tried and failed. =(

Worst part is everyone else finds it so easy. =(

That's exactly your problem. I don't block people who write decent grammatical English. If you sincerely want me to block you, you have to become illiterate and start saying things like "bruh", and "ur" instead of "your" etc.

I always use bruh and ur =)

I'm pretty sure you can only be circumcised once...how does it become annual? =)

Needs an 'e' on the end of 'fiv' too.

Yes, this perplexes me too. Anthropology used to be so much simpler before the advent of wokeness. When Levi-Strauss was in his pomp, human behaviour always seemed to be susceptible of rational explanation, even if discovering this rationale was at times a somewhat arduous process. Nowadays, one can only make sense of the behaviour of the benighted denizens of Chess.com forums via the prism of the chimp-out and the toddler tantrum.

Perhaps, but in the present instance you have only mentioned and not used these terms, which doesn't merit blocking.

Ah, inchoate grunting. How delightfully primitive.

you said delightfully...as you like a rational explanation of anthropology, I can safely assume this is not sarcasm. If it is delightful...you're gonna want more of it. How do you expect to get more of that delightful grunting if you block him? =)

Avatar of rmc123456

My blocking him plainly constitutes very little impediment to his continued grunting.
