I'm currently reading "Hawaii" by James A Michener. I've actually read it before about 15 year ago when I was a teenager and loved it. My comprehension at the time was less than it is now so it's a pleasure to read it again and get more out of it.
Books you are reading

I'm currently reading "Executive Orders" by Tom Clancey, followed by "Dark Winter" by Andy McNab, since I'm a fan of Tom Clancey, Andy McNab and Chris Ryan. One I'd reccommend is "Rainbow Six", it's so good that they based a series of games on it, as well as the series based on another book called "Splinter Cell".
So kco, what's "Gallipoli Sniper" like, if you've started it yet?

@ Majarisoor, Hi, I haven't started on the "Gallipoli Sniper" yet, I have just about to finish on "Rich Dad Poor Dad".
On Andy McNab & Chris Ryan, I have read "The One That Got Away" and "Bravo Two Zero" these guys are a bit of a gung-oh, based on a true story but they have made it a bit more glamour and action. Two other ex-SAS authors claim thiers stories are false and they try to clear it up.

Oh yeah, Bravo Two Zero was a pretty good one, haven't read Ryan's perspective of the mission, though, but his escape wasn't as eventful as the others', according to McNab's book, since he got clean away, rather than captured.
@wjones4
Clancey? As in Tom Clancey? If so, what ones have you read through?

Hi Majorlsoor the two other ex-SAS I was referring to were Eye of the Storm,Peter Ratcliffe and The Real Bravo Two Zero, Micheal Asher they are worthwhile to read. On the funny side of it, there are Sleeping with your Ear Open and Who Dare Grin both refer to the Australia SAS.

Eh? What's different in "The Real Bravo Two Zero"!? And it's good to see that our ASAS has some action in the book department, I'll keep an eye out for 'em!

Micheal seek out the truth behind Bravo Two Zero ,Chris and Andy ( I think) partly blame it on their captain who died out there and Micheal doesn't think is was the captain fault at all.

Really? Well, that sounds like an interesting read, but I thought Andy was the captain! It's obviously been too long since I read it. :D

uhh, i just finished the bourne legacy. it's the book writen after the bourne ultimatum, great book. i also finished "tom clancey's ghost recon" recently. that was pretty good too.
Hi everyone, I am interested in the books you are reading now (not chess related) also what was the previous one was and what do you think you might read later.
Here is my example...
previously I've read Piece of My Heart ..Peter Robinson, is a good read.I enjoy reading detective novels like Inspector Morse, A Touch of Frost.
Currently I am reading Rich Dad Poor Dad...Robert T. Kiyosaki, it really open my eyes about money and how rich peoples make thiers.There is a quote "instead of working for the money, let money work for you"
I'll be reading Gallipoli Sniper...John Hamilton. Is about Australia's sniper fighting in WW1 in Turkey. Is focus on a sniper name Billy Sing and his life. Is should be a good read,got it for my Father's Day.
