This is a town RP where everyone can be themselves and have fun. We have everything from police and criminals, to bakers and shopkeepers. So gather around, apply for jobs, and let the CHAOS begin! There are mild rules to keep everything sane. But other than that. Have fun!

3. Only way to get powers is there.
4. “Villains” already have them. Ravens ‘henchmen’.
5. You can go to jail for any crimes. Don’t get caught.

(Within the expance known as my mind, I have a character with the legendary time magic. not just fast aging and reverse aging, he controls the environment (he could have your arm age 100 years like it was in direct sunlight the entire time) that the object ages, the speed (max of 1000 years a second) it ages. This is OP, I know, but my character is too busy having fun to abuse this power and kill everyone. I know this won't get accepted, but I'll share it anyways.)
