But then something even more shoking happend.. Someone (in the tournament) called me out as bad chess player. I mean, some people from my club played and they got 1st and 3rd places with trophies. So it was very disappointing for me because I got like 1,5/5 points so, 1 win and a draw by threefold repetition. So could please someone help me to get back on track to being an exellent chess player? For information : I have good opening knowledge and I play the ponziani, italian fried liver, ruy lopez, for black I play kings indian, I mostly mess up in my middle games and endgames, I just randomy hang pieces and forks, pins etc etc

Don't worry too much about specific openings at this point. Just learn basic opening principles. Play longer games (at least 20 min per side). Work mostly on tactics.
