Not between clubs, I made this forum so a staff hopefully sees it and so lots of ppl know that other people want it. Club VC matches don't need a forum to make them

Thank you, @Chamok. Excluding players below 1900 from participating rules out over 95% of players worldwide, many of whom are not disruptive and have no intention of sabotaging the voting process. For example, my peak rating is 1887, which is very close to 1900, but still not quite there. It’s not just me. 1300-rated players are also strong players who can spot tactics and contribute to the team. I understand that high-rated players often have big egos, but that’s not a reason to deny lower-rated players from participating. Everyone was a beginner once, and they can learn from the game.
(Also I would suggest Caruana.)
