Apparently unblocked from this topic.
Have to admit that I really didn't like the 2nd lockdown last year and was perhaps overly negative about it.
My dad got vaccinated the other day, there's a "road map" and things are improving. Light at the end of the tunnel. More optimistic.
endoplasmic reticulum....class 8 ribosomes. good times. God Bless Bill Gates <3 amazing doctor.
Blocked. I want to make clear that sometimes when I see single posts like this one, I may look at the profile and make a decision to premptively block. In this case, the content + the previous postings of Rickrolls etc. were plenty

Johnson & Johnson’s approach has already been deployed in the company’s Ebola vaccine, which got full drug approval in Europe last year.
The Differences Between the Vaccines Matter (msn.com)
US seems to be doing fairly well in terms of vaccination rollout now (most states). On another note, CDC just released new guidelines for vaccinated folk. Here is the link below:

The hard part of the vaccinated side of the house will be a little difficult. People are gonna need "passport authentication" of their medical records. You'll need to prove you've been vaccinated for international travel. Its too easy to lie and just board a plane.

It's also very easy to implement '' passport authentication.'' The hard part: Doing the scientific researches to know where the virus comes from. Is it the same as the VIH or is it a different source?
It doesn't matter WHERE the virus came from...its all over the world. I'm just saying in the near future people will have to verify their medical credentials. Some countries are doing it already. You step off the plane, you have to verify you've been vaccinated otherwise they put you in quarantine. The Airlines are going to have to keep another data base of personal info.....which gives the crooks something else to hack. The airlines will have to do it for liability reasons but.....consider the news 2 yrs from now...i e "American Airlines notified all 14 million people who flew on their planes over the past 2 yrs that their medical info may have been compromised".
Hey, I got my 1st vaccine shot this mourning. It was Pfizer. If I grow a 2nd head I'll let you know. ![]()
I guess I'm the only one in this thread that's gonna die.....
It is not only you who has to wait. Look at Europe.
There is still a shortage of vaccines in many countries. For example, the German government has set a strict order for vaccine recipients. It divided all populations into four groups and prioritized them according to the level of health risk. This means that anyone who is younger than 65 and does not work for a medical or educational institute is at the very back of the line. These people will get a jab - if everything goes well, July 2021 - if there is problem in the production/delivery, August 2022!!! (On the other hand, there are many people who refuse to be vaccinated, especially vaccine of AstraZeneca. Only about 12% of Astra-Zeneca-vaccine was used.)
European countries, whose economy depends on the touristic branch, demand the issuance of the Corona-Vaccinations-Pass, which entitles owners to free from many of corona-restrictions. Since not everyone has the chance to get the vaccine, this free pass will tear society apart.
It is dangerous if we simply think that vaccination is the end of the restrictions. If vaccinated people would throw away the anti-corona-measures too early (before reaching the herd immunity), it would cost more lives. I have question to Americans and the English; As vaccination proceeds so well in your country, is there any change to the corona-restriction?
No restriction significant restriction changes yet, which is good. In the "first wave", states tried to open everything again much too early.
